MK Ultra is a top secret recently declassified US Government project that focused on behavioral engineering of humans. The project started in the 1950's and was officially stopped in 1973 - that's what they say. Just as they lied about it in the 1st place, we are supposed to believe these guys? Just like Tuskegee Experiment, right. Anyway, MK Ultra did some pretty creepy things to people illegally and against their will, including murder. Another shocker the US Gov. killing it's citizens.
The US Gov. in cahoots with 44 US Colleges and Universities and 80 Institutions & Pharmaceuticals experimented on US citizens. According to the declassified documents:
"MK Ultra used numerous methodologies to manipulate people's mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various forms of torture"
Basically they were/are mind controlling people Sci-Fi style. There are numerous people that claim to have been victims of MK Ultra and have written books such as Kathy O'Brian and Candy Jones both whom claim they were sex slaves to some very influential people - including Presidents. Others in the program included: Charles Manson, Unibomber Ted Kaczynski, The Zodiac Killer and many more.
There is every indication that this program and most likely others similar or advanced are still in operation. The government has given us very little reason to think otherwise. In the past many people such as Marilyn Monroe, Anna Nicole Smith have displayed erratic behavior reminiscent of MK Programming. In modern times Brittany Spears, Lindsey Lohan and Miley Cyrus have all been speculated to be subjects.
